The Ghana Enterprises Agency (GEA), in partnership with the MasterCard Foundation, on Tuesday 18th November, distributed start-up kits to apprentices trained under the Business in a Box (BizBox) project.

The beneficiaries, drawn from various vocational trades—including barbering, auto mechanics, welding, and carpentry—received essential tools and equipment needed to begin their own businesses.

This initiative forms part of ongoing efforts to empower young entrepreneurs with practical resources that enhance their employability, promote self-sufficiency, and support sustainable livelihood creation. By equipping trained apprentices with these start-up kits, the project aims to accelerate job creation and stimulate economic growth within local communities.
